Return Policy

If for some reason you aren't Obsessed with your purchase, you have 7 days. from delivery date to request a return of your item(s). 

Obsessed Style Boutique provides a FREE 7 day return window for any unworn items. Final Sale items are not accepted for returns unfortunately - generally due to their deeply discounted prices.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sale@obsessedstyleboutique.com. Please provide your order number and item(s) you are returning. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return authorization (RA) and a prepaid label for your return. Please send your return back within 7 business days after receiving your prepaid label . Any authorized returns sent back after 7 business days will need a new return authorization request, and could possibly be denied if not within the 7 day window.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - please note - if shipping charged on original purchase we will not be refunding your original shipping cost. Refunds will be your purchase price and taxes charged. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
